We have a fully equipped workshop to provide 1st and 2nd level support for Sun and Cisco products. eSuria’s technical staff has direct access to Sun Microsystems Inc Support Centre which provides 24 hours support for critical Sun systems. In addition, eSuria’s technical team has access to Technical Support Centers of all our Partners.
eSuria also places great emphasis on Research and Development. We have a Data Center, Server Room and Training Room with complete facilities to enable our staff, clients and students cultivate their abilities and gain valuable experience.
